Jason Andrade, D.O.

ABOUT

Jason Andrade, DO, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and a Diplomate of Electrodiagnostic Medicine physician at Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center. He completed his fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Spine West in Boulder, Colorado. His residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation was completed at Northwestern, Marianjoy in Illinois, where he served as Chief Resident. He earned his medical degree from the Touro University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo and majored in Exercise Biology at UC Davis. At UC Davis, he was captain of the Division 1 Swimming & Diving Team. He has presented internationally on interventional spine care and has publications in radiofrequency ablation of the spine. Dr. Andrade spends time with each patient to understand their diagnosis and cater a plan specific to their functional goals. He emphasizes the importance of exercise and mobility, while supplementing treatment with injections and bracing as necessary. He specializes in several interventional procedures, including epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, spinal cord stimulation, and ultrasound-guided nerve and joint injections. Dr. Andrade is committed to his patients and strives to support them in their journey of successful functional mobility as they progress in life.  In his free time, he enjoys escaping to the beach or mountains with his wife and family. He loves sports, exercise, and time outside.
